The details

In ING Group, we were developing the new digital platform which will be live in 2020 and it will be universal for all countries that ING is headquartered.My role was triple; (a) to contribute to this new language, (b) to define how designers in cross-border teams should work and (c) to develop a consistent user experience for the investment products by conducting user tests with the customers and co-creation session with the stakeholders.

The projects

We were developing three platforms in the form of responsive websites. For confidentiality reasons, I don’t display the designs of these projects. The projects are:

  1. A trading platform, so the user can manage his investment portfolio by him/herself. The target group is people over 25 that want to trade by themselves.
  2. A platform where the user can check his progression of the managed portfolio. The target group is people from 30 - 67 that have a managed portfolio by ING.
  3. A wealth management platform for private banking clients, in which they are able to manage and check their investment portfolios with ING and their private bankers. The target group is people of 70 years old who have over a million assets in ING Bank.
